total value of $432 million
for all permits. Over 69% of
all permit value for Wake
County is single family.

$214K with 1,402 permits
pulled. This economic
activity will generate 4,206
jobs in Wake County this
year.
Remodeling permits remain
flat for the year. Number of
remodeling permits totaled
1,397 with an average dollar
value of $22K.
