Over the past three months, the NAHB Government Affairs has been tirelessly working with concerned lawmakers to address the AD&C lending crisis. Rep. Gary Miller (R-CA) has crafted AD&C legislation that addresses our concerns and implements solutions to the housing production credit crisis. We anticipate a bipartisan bill will be introduced in the House of Representatives when the members return to session.
